Très belle vue.

Endroit tranquille avec vue sur le canal. Condo propre mais qui manque un peu d’équipement. Ex: linge à vaisselle, lavette à vaisselle, ustensiles. Navette pour aller à la plage fantastique mais un bon 5 minutes de marche pour se rendre aux chaises et parasols qui nous sont réservés. L’attente des ascenseurs est souvent longue. Dans l’ensemble nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit.

Useless property management company

The apartment was nice, but the management company BW Miami Vacation Rentals was horrible. They were impossible to contact. Despite their lovely email saying to email them or call them on the number provided, but they never responded to any of my emails, I must have sent them at least four or five,

El edificio en general bien, los ascensores pocos para la cantidad de gente usamos las escaleras. La pileta un poco sucia. El departamaneto bien, las alfombras feas y sucias y el colchón de la habitación principal está para cambiar, súper hundido

Overpriced

This property is nice but NOT worth the money we paid. The elevator situation is terrible. You can wait 15-20 minutes and many times forced to climb the stairs. The unit is on the tenth floor. The duvet covers were filthy! Called to complain the second day and we were told it was too late to do anything about the uncleanliness of blankets and bedding. There was one roll of toilet paper and one see through garbage bag. We even had to buy tissues!! The view of the inter coastal is beautiful, best part of unit. However, the unit information says we had free access to beach club with their comfy chairs etc. NOPE... they said it was free access to the public beach, well gee thanks. $100 day to rent anything at the club for our family of five. We didn’t even use the beach and went to Hollywood Beach instead. Valet parking was also $175!for the week. Again, very over priced!!!! We will not return next year for our holiday.
