The master bedroom includes 1 kingsized bed, flat-screened TV, full closet, wide-length window that overlooks the beach and 1 full bathroom. The second bedroom i like a den with no windows is decked out with a bunk-bed that includes 1 bottom full bed and 1 top twin bed, also a flat-screened TV and closet. You can enjoy entertainment in the generously-sized living room that includes a full length lounge sofa, flat-screened TV and dining setting that accommodates 5 guests. Glass sliding doors will lead you out into the balcony where you can relax while appreciating the wonderful view of the beach. The modern- crafted kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with the necessary tools you'll need to cook delicious meals,. You can enjoy this perfect setting where you will feel right at home. Very pleased with experience. Would definitely book again. Clean, comfortable, responsive, great direct ocean view, easy beach access, safe boardwalk. Knew most negatives going in (pesky fees, pool and hallways under construction but usable, not close to sobe, early checkout). Biggest thing we would change is more basics provided (potholders, more than 1 roll of toilet paper, working vegetable peeler, black pepper) but we made do and had a great time! Thanks Alex and team!
This condo is lovely, the building was under going some maintenance but it did not hamper our stay. The only things that needs to be improved is the need for more washcloths, we were a family of five with only three washcloths, we had to buy more. Also, there were no dish towels.
Let me start by saying that this place is the perfect location for someone looking for a quiet and not to crowded place, this is more like a private beach in mid beach Miami, the condo is perfect, the amazing views from the balcony are breath taking, the condo has everything you need from kitchen utensils, to beach umbrella, staff was very friendly and professional at all times, they explained everything during check-in, remember is a condo complex so there's some fees to pay, there are plenty of restaurants to order food from if you don’t feel like cooking, but there is a Publix grocery store 10 minutes walk from the building, if you are looking for relaxation and quiet time this is the place!

Renovation
We arrived at at The Pavilion on a beautiful, sunny afternoon. The lobby is locked and requires a key fob which we did not have. I was able to slip in after another guest opened the door. The security staff did nothing to help and our contact did not answer his phone for another 20 minutes. The lobby was majestic and once our contact appeared, we excitedly followed him into the elevator to have our expectations crushed when the doors opened. We were unprepared for the renovation occurring on every floor. The barren walls, shabby carpet, exposed wiring, etc. With trepidation, we entered the room. The view of the ocean was spectacular! The room was clean and the furniture okay. The patio furniture was dilapidated. There were minimal supplies in the room. We had to make a run to buy toilet paper, good thing we had a car. If possible, I will attach some pictures but that is not clear if I can do so at this point of the review.

A Little Disappointed
First, the condominium this condo is in is one of our favorites. So this review is not about them. There are a few things people need to know before they stay in this apartment. There are some items I would deem as essential that the place does not have. For example, kitchen items such as mixing bowls, oven mitts, hand towels, etc. I also was upset because we paid very good money for this place and there was not a nice vacuum, mop, or broom. Considering what we paid, I would think most of these things would be provided. Lastly, the companies communication was very poor in my opinion. The refrigerator went out and it took a whole day for a person to answer our message in regard to this and four days for a new refrigerator. Most of our food went bad. Also, one of the smoke detectors needed a new battery. We were told someone would come that morning. They never came. Apparently they came in the afternoon, however we were never told that someone would be coming at that time and we had to purchase the battery ourselves. We also texted in regard to maybe being compensated for some of the groceries we lost (since they knew the refrigerator was having issues before we even arrived) and the battery for the smoke detector. We never heard back from them. Overall, for spending as much money as we did to stay here we truly expected more. Again, the building itself is a wonderful stay, just disappointed in the apartment and the lack of communication.

Fausse représentation et frais bien cachés.....
Le seul point qui fait l'unanimité de tous les locataires, est la situation de l'immeuble. Mon épouse a passé 3 jours à récurer après que nous ayons acheté le matériel que nous avons ramené au Canada...Pour le reste, il est d'abord impensable que les prix soient amplifiés de la sorte par la Cie VRBO, par la Cie de location avec laquelle VRBO fait affaire et qui additionne les charges, taxes, etc, sans raison valable.Le coût de location se trouve à peu près doublé. Il est aussi impensable qu'on ne puisse décider qui va utiliser le condo, sans être chargés de frais supplémentaires. On se demande aussi pourquoi on est envahis par autant d'animaux alors qu'ils sont en principe interdits, alors qu'on se fait crier dessus parce qu'on veut protéger nos vélos de valeur. De plus, manque terrible de literie, de linges et objets de cuisine, mobilier minimal.
On s'est fait avoir par un prix exorbitant pour la qualité du produit et frais cachés.
Également, zéro contact durant un séjour de 3 mois, si ce n'est pour réclamer de l'argent.
Faites attention, les gens se font pincer une fois mais.....
J'ai compris pourquoi je n'ai pas eu plus de compétition pour obtenir le condo. Bonne chance pour l'avenir.
Par contre, plage et piscine parfait.
The property was exactly as shown in the listing. The condo is nice and the beach is excellent. It's almost like a private beach area... not crowded at all and sunbathing lounge chairs are provided but not the umbrella. However, the condo also had small chairs and an umbrella available in which we did use the umbrella.
Overall, I would give it a 4.5 stars out of 5.
The reason for not having the other .5 is because of all the fees associated with this listing: part of it is my fault for not reading or not fulling understanding the everything written concerning the property as I had to pay $800+ after paying for the the amount for the stay. I'll say just know, whatever the cost is for your stay, there is an additional fee for the property management company that for my 9 night stay was $800+. So, read, read and then read again because there was no refund for me booking in the summer months.
