Communication with the host was very excellent and again the outside of the building didn’t look so great but when you walked in, it was really pretty everything was nice and clean!

Great view! Close to a taxi stand and the seaside esplanade. A/C working quite well. Could use a bigger spatula in the kitchen!

The building was deceiving because it does need much improving but once you enter the apartment it was like we were in another world. Beautiful is how to describe it.

Great location, well equipped, quiet

We enjoyed this apartment so much that we wanted to stay longer. At least in November, the bedrooms (especially the back one) were very quiet, so we slept soundly. Yes, the living room, balcony, and "blue" bedroom really do have those beautiful views! And it was great being just a block from the bridge and seawalk, with all those restaurants. We also did a lot of walking downtown and throughout the city, as we didn't have a car. As an American, the shower took a bit of getting used to, but it was fine. There were some strong winds while we were there, but the home is well insulated, and has both heat and AC. The wifi worked great. The place was clean. The host was super friendly and helpful, with great communication (in English for our benefit). Check-in and check-out were easy. If we return to Chalkida, this would definitely be our top pick as a place to stay.
