Old California country charm minutes from the Pacific Ocean
This fabulous gated 3 acre property is a bucolic retreat with 100+ yr old California oaks, horses next door, lots of walking and hiking trails abutt the property. House has beautiful large redwood deck, inside you'll find all high end furniture and fixtures, a luxury Saatva queen bed, cotton/linen sheets, and one twin in the bedrooms. You'll have all the essentials you need, including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, air conditioning, heater, wood stove, smart TV with loads of channels, claw foot bathtub, and WiFi. You feel you are away from it all, very out in the country but market and gas is a short drive going west, the Elfin Forest Reserve wildness is a mile east. Our beautiful California beaches are 12 minutes away. The best of all worlds! convenience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything California and our house has to offer. P.S. This is not Escondido, this is unincorporated San Diego County.
