Welcome to our new luxury loft condo, located in the iconic Soper & Spikes building at 601 S. Main Street, Oshkosh. Situated in a prime location, near Appleton and Green Bay. This stunning 2-bedroom condo overlooks the beautiful Fox River and is nestled in the heart of downtown Oshkosh. Key Features include: Expansive Private Rooftop Deck: Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, with breathtaking views of the Fox River, Leach Amphitheater (home of Waterfest), and EAA flyovers. This is a premier private viewing spot for EAA. Spectacular Views: Located on the third floor, the condo offers spectacular city and water views from all areas within the spacious living area. Luxury Amenities: High-end appliances and plenty of seating, make it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway or special celebration.
Other Things to Note:Check-in at 4pm, Check-out at 11am. Sleeps up to 6 guests: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus a Queen sleeper sofa (Main bedroom suite has private bathroom/shower.)Washer and Dryer included in the condo. Accessible via stairs only; no elevator or lift available. No children under 12, no pets. 100% no smoking, no e-cigarettes. Complimentary Wi-Fi and smart TV.

A beautiful rustic industrial cozy setting with great views of the river and downtown Oshkosh. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and supplied with everything you need. Just the way we would want it to be. A home away from home. The owners are very responsive, attentive and complete gentlemen if you ever need anything. All 4 of us were in awe of this space. Beautifully done to show off the brick of the old building and a great little oasis in Oshkosh. Super clean and a comforting space. Would stay here again if in the area.

Absolutely beautiful condo. It has so much charm with a modern design. It is very spacious inside and then add on the bonus rooftop area. I hosted a bridal shower and every single person commented on how lovely the place was. It was also incredibly clean. I highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return someday.
