We had an excellent stay here, everything was clean when we checked in, the owner was responsive via text and we even got the chance to check in early. The place has a central location in an indian neighorhood and has a lot of local businessess in walking distance.

Would recommended staying here! Its close to the train station so you can easily go to New York. Got upgraded to a studio and it was very nice and clean with a good amount of space. The mattress was a bit hard but everything else was quite good. There's lots of different grocery/restaurants nearby as well.

Host was very responsive to my questions and requests. Without my asking, the host even "upgraded" my stay, and accommodated an early luggage drop-off. Unit had most of what i needed—ref, microwave oven, plates, utensils, tea pot, electric heater, fan, etc. It was also in a fairly safe neighborhood within half a kilometer (0.3 mi) from the PATH station, a block away from restaurants, and two blocks away from a laundromat. Overall, good value for money.

My NYC Trip

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and quaint the neighborhood was. Nice walkable community with great food! And very close to the metro into NYC. The room was nice and comfy with a private bathroom.

Bed sheets were not changed

We noticed a lot of hair on bed and a yellow stain, so it is obvious that bed sheets weren’t changed. (I have proof, but sadly i can’t put photos in a review) It is a longer walk to metro station, about 15min It is located in indian neighbourhood

The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood. The key code entry is very nice and is convenient. The outside door and the room have separate key codes. Everything was very new. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. Wonderful space. Two concerns: the floors could be cleaner and the towels had some makeup on them. We did find mice droppings in two places but no other signs of mice. May have been an older issue. Very nice apartment.

Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, antwortete immer schnell.Bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade und waren statt in diesem Zimmer im Studio im Erdgeschoss. Das Studio ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, es funktioniert auch alles, Einrichtung ist aber schon sehr verbraucht. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, vor allem der Boden, Ecken und unter dem Bett staubig. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt und recht hellhörig ist. Wir waren im November da, Heizung war gut, hatten noch eine extra Elektro- Heizung zur Verfügung, Fenster allerdings zugig. Gutes WIFI.
