One mile from Highway One to Sausalito, Northern Californian Coast, Marin and the wine country. Classic 1908 Victorian in the heart of the Inner Sunset, a very popular local neighborhood three blocks from the park museums. Recently remodeled with a backyard deck.
House has hard-wired LAN throughout and Amazon Alexa on each floor with Sonos.
A short stroll from Golden Gate Park's central attractions, including Academy of Sciences, De Young Museum, Arboretum, Japanese Tea Garden and much more. Over forty restaurants, including the city's best sushi, Thai, and Indian, all within five blocks walking distance. Rail car (Muni) one block and city car share rental site three blocks. U.C.S.F. is six blocks away, by foot or tram and many staff and doctors live on our street. Ocean Beach is only three miles away.

The Inner Sunset is our favorite neighborhood, with a local feel, only a short walk to the city's best sushi, Vietnamese, Thai and other wonderful locally-owned restaurants, all next to the best park of Golden Gate Park's prime museum area, with an arboretum, lakes, Japanese Tea Garden, science and arts museums baseball fields, U.C.S.F., and much much more only a few minute's walk away. We are only a few blocks to Highway 1 to the Wine Country and Marin County.
What makes this property unique
This a classic 1908 Victorian, but has been restored to a comfortable, modern home with high-tech amenities, including fiver-optic Gigabit Internet, iMacs, Nest thermostat, Alexa devices, Sonos sound system, Nespresso, Ring doorbell and high-end appliances. Our location is exceptional for U.C.S.F. access, walking, outdoors access, and children.
