Just looking for a comfortable place to go after a day of skiing, or a place to catch up with friends or family, this is the perfect place for you. This home has been designed for the most discerning people looking for a boutique hotel comfort, walkability, comfortable indoor and outdoor living, and a well-equipped kitchen.

We take very seriously the safety of our guests and have enhanced cleaning protocols.

We are located just steps away from many good restaurants (Sushi, Pub, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Steakhouse, Jamaican, Fusion cuisine, etc.), great cafes and Starbucks, and lots of boutiques and shops to explore.
To relax your muscles and recuperate faster, we also have at a very short walking distance, red light sauna at Pure Sweat + Float Studio, and Red Light Bed therapy, PEMF, and Cryotherapy at Upgrade Labs.

We also have walking/biking/cross-country skiing trails just a few steps away.

Located on the ground floor, with no step entry, it is easy to unload ski equipment or groceries from our spacious private garage.

This bright corner unit has sun coming in the morning from the side of the home and afternoon sun in the front of the house, and there is green space in front of the condo.

This two-bedroom with two generous bathrooms luxury condominium is equipped with central air-conditioning, a water softener to protect your skin against the hard local water, a gas cooktop, a fully-equipped kitchen, a Wolf gas grill, a vented gas fireplace, and an open floor plan with a dining room sitting 6 people.

We want you to have the best experience possible and comfort is key for us: King and Queen beds with soft 800 thread count sheets, super comfortable pillows, and comfortable furniture throughout. The two bedrooms (one King bed & one Queen bed) have very comfortable mattresses that are both just right (not too soft, not too hard) and comfortable Hotel Collection pillows with a choice of medium and soft pillows in each bedroom. You will find soft bath towels and two plush robes, and a hairdryer in each room.

The laundry room has an iron and small ironing board, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy granite countertops, 9' ceilings, comfort height toilets, no-step entry to the residence from the garage, large windows, and an 8’ storm door to enjoy the view and bring in lots of light.

HDTV, high-speed wireless internet to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy a television in the living room and one in the guest bedroom.

Pamper yourself and relax in front of the fireplace, listen to music, or watch your favorite show. Step out and admire the mountain views, sit and have a coffee or glass of wine, or just cook out on our gas grill that also features a roasting element. We have a small bistro table with two chairs to eat out, and two Adirondack chairs to relax.

Enjoy candles to create a relaxing ambiance, books, board games, and warm and fuzzy throws to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible.

This is a great vacation place for one couple with occasional guests, two couples or friends, or a small family, and a wonderful place for seniors in the summer with no steps, great walkability, reasonable pricing, and A/C. Please take note that this home is not really baby-proofed, but we do offer a few basics.

The attached garage is great for an easy download of ski equipment and groceries. The garage also comes equipped with a great hanging space to dry ski clothes, a bench to get ready, and ski hangers. It also has rubber padding to keep your feet warm while you get ready to hit the slopes. The grounds are meticulously maintained in the winter for a quick exit to the slope after large precipitation.

You can enjoy many of our perks, including our ski boot warmers (they are really wonderful) for up to 4 pairs of boots or to dry mittens and gloves. You can wake up in the morning and your boots are dry and warm :) We also have two mountain bikes and helmets available for your enjoyment. If you prefer electric bikes, you can grab a bike with Summit Bike Share a few steps away.

The private garage is also equipped with a keypad for easy and contactless access to the property, and we will provide you with your PERSONAL ENTRY CODE.

The kitchen is beautifully equipped with quality cookware, a French press, a regular coffee machine, quality knives, and all basics and not-so-basic cooking tools such as cheese fondue pots, a raclette oven, a crock-pot, etc. It also comes equipped with basic cooking ingredients so you enjoy cooking homemade meals if you wanted to (oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs & spices, condiments, baking basics, etc.) This saves our guests money and avoids a lot of waste when staying only for a short stay.

We also have a complimentary pantry available to all our guests, and we ask them if they have excess food at their departure not to trash it, and just leave it in the pantry for future guests, this is very appreciated by all the guests.

Grocery stores are close by (Whole Foods, Smith’s, Super Walmart) and we provide bags, and a rolling tote for shopping or groceries if you want to go by foot.

If you don't have a car or don't feel like driving to the ski hill or to downtown Park City, you can take the FREE Park City Transit Service. You can be dropped off at any of the two ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City/Canyons), downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is conveniently located just a short walk away in Redstone Marketplace.

This is a great value property, and the location is amazing, you can enjoy a wide selection of ski hills close by: The Canyons section of Park City (9 min), Park City (15min), Deer Valley (16 min), Snowbird (45 min), Sundance (46 min), Solitude (50 min), Brighton (50 min), Alta (60 min), and Snow Basin (65 min)

Wonderful condo in a great location for either Patk City or Cottonwood Canyon access. Joanne was extremely gracious and responsive. The condo itself was immaculate, very nicely furnished and well stocked in the kitchen. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.

Perfect Stay with All the Comforts of Home - Away from Home

The condo is wonderfully appointed with all kinds of creature comforts. The sheets and towels are soft, the beds are super comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the many appliances are new and easy to use, and the little things - like spices, courtesy pantry, laundry detergent, Kleenex, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion, bubble bath, etc...are wonderful. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and mugs. Everything is super clean. The condo is located within a 5 min walk to many great restaurants, bars, movies, book stores, grocery stores, and much, much, more. We did uber/lyft to Park City and Canyons - as walking to the bus stop in ski boots with skis wasn't a comfortable option. The owner is super responsive and check in and check out were a breeze.

Couldn't have been better

Ski trip with long time friend. Everything about the condo was better than expected. We chose a condo over a hotel so that we could isolate a bit better. We ate meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and bathrooms were very nice. The location was perfect for getting to the slopes or picking up groceries or take-out. The directions and check-in were seamless. Everything was better than described. I can't think of one thing that didn't surpass our expectations.

We had a wonderful time thanks to the nice condo that had Everything. Tastefully decorated with nice, comfy furniture, it comes with everything a good cook would want, including all the little extras like spices and specialty cookware. Exceptionally clean with all the small supplies you need to live like at home. Never have seen so many quality hangers in closets. Can't have too many hangers. The location is the best. Very short walk to several good restaurants, movie theater, bowling alley and Cold Stone Creamery! I won't hestitate to come back, God willing

Great condo near Canyons/Park City

The condo was described accurately in the listing. The 2 bedroom condo was clean, well-appointed and ready to use. It was close enough to Canyons/Park City where our friends were staying. Most mornings it was a 5 minute drive to the Windham. If it is a busy weekend it can take much longer as the main road gets pretty backed up during prime time. The location is interesting- the condos are situated behind an outdoor shopping mall filled with restaurants and shops. We ended up eating at a few of the restaurants during our stay. The owner was very responsive and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo - It’s the BEST STOCKED condo we have ever booked, and we have been using VRBO over 15 years now. I’m a clean freak, this condo is very well maintained. The king bed was very comfortable. The location - Literally a 5 minute walk to MANY shops, and MANY restaurants, etc. The owners - Joanne (& husband) are just wonderful. She is extremely responsive, warm and welcoming. She Checked in to see if we made it ok. Provided lots on info in the notebook. Joanne thinks of everything and I mean every thing you would need while visiting. Includes condiments, oils, flours, teas, snacks, cleaning items, …I have not even scratched the surface. It’s the little things that make a visit a “Vacation”.☺️

Beautiful condo and fantastic location

Location, location, location! We have stayed in many different condos in Park City over the last 25 years and this is right at the top. First, the location is stellar if you have kids. We loved being able to walk to restaurants in Redstone and there are so many great choices. So nice not to have to pile into a car when you have kids and after you been on the mountain all day. Second, the condo is ground floor which we loved and has a great garage space to pull the car into - the boot warmers in the garage were fabulous! Third, the condo is outfitted beautifully with super soft/comfortable linens, very comfortable mattresses, and everything you would need if you like to cook and eat in. Plus, it was immaculate. Lastly, Joanne was wonderful to work with and it's clear she really pays attention to details in order to make sure her guests have an enjoyable stay. Absolutely fantastic condo!

We moved to the States from the Montreal area about 30 years ago and stopped looking for a place to ski when we found and fell in love with Park City, Utah.

Hope you will have a great time in Park City; we believe it's a little bit of paradise ourselves and would love to share it with you. We travel a lot in Boutique Hotels and love it, and believe that it is the little things that make all the difference in the world.

We want you to feel like you are visiting a friend's home, and have equipped our place with this in mind, and hope you will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we do.

We offer High-speed internet and a printer in case you are working remotely during your stay.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Our beautiful condo is located in the Fox Point subdivision right beside Redstone Marketplace area and a very short walking distance to restaurants, terraces, and cafes, (Blue Sushi, Maxwell’s, Red Rock Jonction, Ghidotti’s, etc…), Starbucks, 8 Cinema, shopping, patisserie, ice cream parlor, walking trails, Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter, etc… Great choice of groceries with Whole Food, Smith’s, and Super Walmart.
We now have Red light sauna and float and a very short distance by foot, as well a red light therapy bed, PEMF, and Cryotherapy at Upgrade Labs also very close by.
Walkability was a big factor for us to choose this location, but we also wanted something convenient to the airport (only 30 miles away) and the slopes (10 min.), and this was the perfect spot!
