Just 5 minutes away from major shopping centers and restaurants, it’s perfectly situated on the West Kelowna wine trail, surrounded by wineries and vineyards. Enjoy breathtaking lakefront views, relax by the pool, soak in the hot tub, or step right onto the beach. This is the ideal retreat for a memorable and convenient getaway.

**House Rules:**
☀ **Quiet Hours:** Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.

☀ **No Smoking:** This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property.

☀ **No Parties or Events:** Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

☀ **Damage:** Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

☀ **Pool and Hot Tub:** Pool and hot tub use is at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.

☀**Parking:**

- Please park in your designated parking area.
- Visitor parking in half of the roundabout is limited to a maximum of 4 hours, with no overnight parking.
- Do not park in fire lanes or no parking zones.
- Vehicles in contravention of parking rules and bylaws will be booted and/or towed at the vehicle owner's own risk and expense.

☀ **No Pets:** Pets are not allowed on the property.

☀ **No Unauthorized Guests:** Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

☀ **No Unauthorized Late Check-Out:** Late check-outs must be approved in advance.
