New heated pool and spa, plenty of private parking space up to 7 cars, RV/Trailer.

Three blocks of walking distance to the best beach access of 30A with plenty of eating choices around.

Walk, bike or ride in a golf cart to the beach and restaurants, start exploring 30A starting from Inlet Beach through Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Water Sound all the way to 30A on the other end!

Independent home with plenty of space in the front and the back. Fully renewed interiors and exteriors - 3 bed, 2 full bath and a large deck in the front. Total 5 Beds (2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen sofa bed, 1 Twin ottoman sleeper).

New pool and Hot Spa in the backyard exclusively for R3 guests shared with one another house across the street. Hot Spa and Pool heating package not included with the base rate.

Plenty of private fenced parking space in the front to hold 7 cars, RV or Trailer.
