Incredibly well equipped first floor unit with two beach cruisers included & electric scooters for an extra fee of $15/scooter /day. *must be rented for entire length of stay. Local scooter rentals compare at $80/day or $1/min!
Great full kitchen including phone charging station, small appliances, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, Calphalon pots & pans and a George Forman.
Bathroom is stocked with body gels, shampoos, hair dryer, curling & flat irons and all linens.
Bedroom has two full / Queen beds, a dresser and tv.
Living room is cozy and offers 55” smart TV and more sleeping space in the sleeper sofa.
The closets and pantries are stocked with SO MANY extras to make your stay more comfortable and less stressful. Use as little or as much as you wish of the community pantry. We only ask if you use the last of any item, you replace it for the next family. Pantry items include, food staples, medicines, shampoos, laundry & dish detergents, paper products, trash & storage bags, you name it!
Beach towels, toys, tennis rackets, fishing poles, beach sun shade, fire pit and so much more is for use during your stay.
Easy beach access right across the street!!
ESA and TSA Friendly only, due to community regulations. ESA at $15/animal/nt. TSA @ no fee.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please be sure to put the parking pass by the door. Also, please be sure to leave the keys on the SeaWorld keychain by the door as well. If they are not left behind, they will be a $300 fee assessed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet time is 10p No motorcycles or trailers can be parked onsite.

Pool is up the stairs right out the back door Key is on the rack by the front door. BE SURE TO LEAVE KEYS AT CHECK-OUT or $200 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED.

Please strip beds used during your stay and place all soiled linens in the bathroom for housekeeping.
