This beautiful historic home is located on one of the oldest streets in St. John’s, within walking distance to major tourist attractions. The main floor was freshly painted, and the home features many updates, including a fully equipped kitchen and two modern bathrooms, while preserving its downtown charm with vintage details. With five spacious bedrooms, each with queen beds, it sleeps 10 comfortably. The large backyard with a BBQ is perfect for summer relaxation!

This house is located on one of the oldest streets in St. John's! It is less than a 5 minute walk to Bannerman Park (great for guests with kids). Distance to other popular destinations:

The bathrooms each feature a gorgeous glass shower in each and the bathroom on the top floor has a free standing soaker tub. Tons of old downtown character with lovely updates throughout!

Family trip to St John’s

The house is a lovely combination of modern renovation (kitchen/bathrooms) and 1893 original charm. Five equal sized bedrooms were perfect for us and four teenagers. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple of dinners at home including a nice BBQ on the back deck. Great location between Signal Hill and Water Street. Hosts were very responsive and nice. We would recommend to any large family!

The house was exactly as advertised. Big and very spacious with queen size beds in every room. The house is old but with appropriate update modernization, blending new while maintaining heritage look. We had 10 in our family, grandparents, our kids and their 4 grandchildren. All thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were great, responding immediately to our minor needs.
