10 minutes from lively downtown St. Pete which is situated on the bay with a beautiful pier, multiple parks, great waterfront restaurants, endless breweries and coffee shops, lots of live music, markets and events essentially every weekend, art galleries, baseball games, and a quick 20-25 minute trolley ride or Uber to multiple beaches!! Only a 20 min drive from both TPA and PIE airports and downtown Tampa!

Enjoy the quiet winding neighborhood of ShoreAcres lined with palm trees and canals. A stay in this cozy 2 story home feels like a postcard Florida getaway as soon as you pull in the drive way and are greeted with endless sunshine, lush green lawn and plenty of outdoor lounge space. The style and detail of this home welcomes you and your guests with views of tropical trees from all the main area windows, beautiful indoors plants. Mornings can be enjoyed from the dining room or 2nd story patio with music. Each bedroom has plenty of space to accommodate a large group with plenty of big comfy beds, or a working stay with a dedicated and quiet office space. This stay comes complete with everything you’d need for a day at the beach, bikes for two, and walking proximity to the Islander Market for any quick snacks or beverages you want on a whim. The neighborhood is family friendly and has multiple parks including Denver Park which has pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and a playground.

Great place!

We had a very nice stay in this family friendly neighborhood. It’s conveniently located to downtown and other things to do. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

Exceeded Expectations - Would Rebook!

We had an amazing stay! John was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making everything so easy. The home was charming, spotless, just as pictured and listed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect - we felt safe and right at home the entire time. We will definitely rebook when we're in the area again.

St Petersburg neighborhood gem

We needed extra space for our large family that came into town for the holidays and didn't want to do a hotel. This beautiful home was only a 15 minute walk from ours through a peaceful neighborhood and over the canals of Tampa Bay. It was fully appointed with plenty of living space, 3 bedrooms, an outdoor area, and my sons were very comfortable there. As a bonus, the outside of the home was very festive with holiday decorations. John was readily available to answer any questions we had. I was very appreciative that he and his wife made their home available to us to so that we could enjoy being together but with a close by space for my sons to retreat to when all the joyful noise got to be too much!
