I am from Sugar Land, Texas. Both of my children and my son in law graduated from Texas A&M and are all die hard Aggies. We love College Station and enjoy spending time with our grandson who lives here. We have been coming here since 2010 and find new things to explore each time. College Station grows tremendously each year! We love to travel and experience new places as often as we can!

Our small, close knit town, has some great little spots that you will definitely want to check out. Explore our welcome binder for a list of some of our favorite places. Located within minutes of Texas A&M University, Kyle Field, Reed Arena and other sports complexes, Santa's Wonderland, restaurants, and shopping. Park nearby.
What makes this property unique
Live like a local in the heart of Aggieland. We are located just 5 miles from the A&M campus and Santa’s wonderland. So many restaurants, shops, and other attractions close by. Large backyard for your enjoyment with outdoor dining area and fire pit with an arbor. Guests big and small are sure to enjoy the game room equipped with foosball, ping pong and air hockey tables! Custom bunk room to accommodate more guests (big and small!) There are safety railings available in the closet to use on the bunks for your littles. Two smart TV’s and WiFi available. The kitchen is a chefs dream with custom floating shelves, vent-hood, and quartz countertops. There’s even a coffee bar for the coffee enthusiasts! Coffee and K-cups provided! We want to think of everything, so we’ve added a pack n’ play with an infant attachment for your baby!
