We are a working ranch, not a landscaped RV park, so the property is intentionally rustic and reflects an active ranch environment with beautiful mature trees, a creek, and open space. From your review, it sounds like you stayed at the trailer for most of your visit and didn’t have the opportunity to explore the property. The leaking kitchen faucet was an unfortunate maintenance issue, and a replacement faucet was already on the way. The towel around the base was simply to direct the small leak back into the sink until the repair could be completed. The trailer had been cleaned prior to your arrival, and I disagree with the statement that the couches were covered in dirt and debris. I have photos from before check-in if needed. The fire pit tools were provided on-site, though they may have been overlooked. Regarding the grill, I never advertised it as a working amenity. It came with the RV when I purchased it, but I’ll be removing it to avoid any confusion for future guests. I appreciate your comments, as they help identify areas where expectations can be made even clearer for future visitors.
