Great location, friendly owner, very clean!

Everything about this place was great. Easy check-in, extremely clean. I loved that we were close to many beaches. Matthew was great to work with. This place was perfect for my best friend and I on a girls getaway.

I absolutely LOVED staying here. It truly felt like being at home, the stone garden outside with the weeping trees was so relaxing at night. I will be coming back to this place, it's my absolute favorite out of anywhere else I have stayed!! Highly recommended

Awesome stay

I really enjoyed how close it was to everything. It was super cool to revisit places i havent been to in a while. The host was cool and we got along well. The guesthouse was clean and prepared for a stay and it was a nice cozy little place for a weekend getaway

This property and owners are amazing! This is my go to absolute favorite place to rent when I travel to this area. The rental is always super clean and very homey. It is also located within walking distance to the local dairy Queen where I take my son and very close proximity to an amazing beach. In my opinion this place is the best! I Highly recommend this place to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

The rental property is in a quiet neighborhood close to the activities we enjoyed-AuSable canoe rentals, the beach and town. It was super clean and perfect for our one night stay for the two of us. Matthew was very accommodating offering us early check in and late check out. So nice. We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Recommended stay

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, convenient for downtown. All the amenities to cook and shower. CLean bedding. The Hosts were available with any questions or concerns. They took care of everything in a moments notice! The Host stayed in touch when needed. It was cold this past weekend, so no heat for a bit, Host offered to put us up in a hotel, we didn't feel it was necessary, the issue was fixed in less than 1.5hr.

This place was very clean! The host was responsive. The towels and sheets were good quality. There were pots, pans, utensils, a 2 burner stove top (no oven) but a large toaster oven, and a decent size refrigerator and freezer. It was a quick walk to Dairy Queen, downtown, and the main beach.The only downside is there is only a curtain between the living room which has the full pull out and the bedroom with bunk beds, so the adults don’t have much privacy. You also have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
