The house was immaculate and in a beautiful area! Melinda was responsive and even got the place ready a little early for us. The neighbors next door were a bit rude and parked part way in our driveway and my husband had trouble getting into the car, but that is not the home owners fault! I did think it was a bit pricey but understand that it is in a very touristy area and probably in high demand. Would definitely stay here again!

100% would recommend. This was a super cute place. Clean, very nice little touches to make our stay nice! You can tell they take pride in this place and in how they treat their guests. I literally felt like I was staying at a friends house. We loved this place and everything about it!

Perfect place to stay in Moab! The condo was huge! Plenty of room! We really liked the large outdoor space. Gigantic jet tub! Very short walk to the pool. Check in was super easy. I really liked that there was a hall way with access directly to the outside so we could store our gear easily. The smart thermostat always kept us comfortable. Loved the shower! I think the topographic map of Utah was a nice touch! Above all, the area was quiet and we were able to get great sleep between our adventures! I highly recommend booking this condo! We loved it!
