O imóvel é excelente, tudo muito limpo, muito confortável, ficamos 30 dias hospedados e atendeu todas nossas necessidades. A Câmera grande angular tornou os espaços muito maiores do que efetivamente são. Destaque para o banheiro da suíte, box extremamente pequeno, e a porta abre para dentro causando extremo desconforto na hora de entrar e sair.

Excelente imóvel. Muito limpo. Organizado. A vista é Ótima, a piscina é incrível. Serviço de Portaria muito atencioso. Foi pensado em detalhes importantes como disponibilidade de água mineral. Adoramos!!!Apenas sugerimos que a cama da sala (sofá) fosse um pouquinho maior, porque para hospedagens mais longas, depois do 5 dia começa cansar um pouquinho, nada que desabone, mas é um item que pode abrilhantar ainda mais este lindo apartamento.

Tudo foi muito bom! Só deixo a dica de melhor colocar a disposição uma tv a cabo com mais variedades de canais , inclusive nos quartos. Outra dica é desentupir as pias dos banheiros, estão muito entupidas. De resto, foi tudo muito bom e a qualidade do atendimento do proprietário.

Super Appartmenthaus

Das Haus hat eine hervorragende Lage an der Boa Viagem, sehr Zentral und nur ca. 150 m an den Strand. Dieser ist von den höhergelegenen Apartments aus gut zu sehen, auch der Meerblick vom Balkon aus ist Traumhaft. Die Nähe von allen notwendigen Läden, Märkten, Apoteken, Fachgeschäfen, Metzgerei, Bäckerei usw. ist einfach toll, und ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem hat man von Balkon aus das treiben der Stadt hervorragend im Blick, aus die tolle Skyline von Recife und Boa Viagem ist atemberaubend schön bei Tag und bei Nacht. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist auch super da eine sehr kurzer Transfer notwendig ist und man nach der Landung schnell das Haus und die Wohnung erreicht und erstmal ausspannen kann. Die ganze Anlage ist sicher und sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit, da fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet wobei die Fotos einen viel größeren Eindruck hinterlassen als dies der Fall ist. Was aber nicht stört, die Badezimmer sind relativ klein, das einer sogar sehr klein. Internet war nicht gut der Vermieter hat sich darum aber nicht gestört, es war immer wieder weg deutsche Seiten dauerten ewig bis diese geöffnet werden konnten oder ging zum Teil gar nicht. Aber alles in allen eine tolle Ferienwohnung im 22. Stockwerk mit klasse Aussicht, in einem hervorragenden Haus sehr Zentral gelegen. Werde das nächste mal wieder nach diesem Haus schauen.

Começo pelo ótimo atendimento antes, durante e após a hospedagem, sempre prestativos e disponíveis. Fui com minha mulher, sogra e filho de 4 anos. Todos adoraram e a rede nas janelas e varanda da muita segurança. O ap. se apresenta exatamente como nas fotos e um galão de 20l de água mineral estava nos aguardando. Há supermercados, farmácias e pizzarias nas proximidades. Espero retornar assim que possível!!
