LOCATION — YOUR BIGGEST AMENITY

The River Run ski lifts are an 8-minute walk from your door. Downtown Ketchum’s acclaimed restaurants, wine bars, art galleries, and boutiques are 7 minutes on foot. After a big day on the mountain, dinner is a stroll — not a shuttle. For even easier slope access, the free Mountain Rides bus with ski racks stops just 200 feet away, running a direct route to the River Run lodge.

Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) is just 23 minutes away with seasonal direct flights from Seattle, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City.

THE SPACE

This ground-floor studio has been freshly renovated with new finishes throughout. The sleeping area is tucked behind a privacy wall with a queen bed and room-darkening shades — ideal for recovering after a big ski day or summer hike. The living area features a 65” smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa, giving you flexibility for a travel companion. The fully equipped kitchen means you can fuel up before the mountain and wind down with a home-cooked meal after. Step outside to your private patio for a breath of fresh Idaho mountain air.

At 373 sq ft, this is a thoughtfully designed, efficient space — cozy by intention. The sleeping area has a privacy wall but is not a fully enclosed room.

Loved the stay! I love how close it was to everything. I walked everywhere I wanted to go. Love all the extra special touches, like the coffee, creamer, the thoughtful bottle of welcome wine. I read on the patio in the sunshine. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars for sure!

I stayed here in June by myself for an endurance event. Exactly what I needed to stay close to the mountain but have the simple amenities of an upgraded hotel room with the kitchen. Super easy to access and comes with everything you need. The host was super accommodating with my early flight in to drop my bags off. Much appreciated!
