in the room number 5 there is one sleep with the possibility to add one more.
There is one main bathroom (with hai dryer) and 2 extra (smaller ones). Big kitchen. Balcony. Washing machine.
Toiletries, towels and linen/bedding, as well as fast Wi-Fi connection, are included into the price

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
you will need to pay (and we will need to collect from you) a city tax to respect local laws. It is per person per night (as we are classified as property used for touristic purposes), to be paid in cash only and it goes to the municipality.


The place is absolutely fascinating for those knowing how to appreciate characteristical, but old. Not for the lovers of modernity!!! Contains pieces of furniture 200 years old! Ideal for the foreign travellers looking more for characteristical than for irreproachable.

Supermarkets are 2 minutes and about 7 minutes walk from the apartment. 15 min walk to the SMN train station / 25min on foot to Duomo.
