Only 15 min drive to famous Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach were you find lot of good restaurants, shops and bars or 15 min drive to City Place in Palm Beach another entertainment place with good restaurants and shops the beach is only
2 miles away each room in the house has own bathroom and TV There is free WI-Fi in the house there are kayaks for your use, beach chairs, beach towels beach umbrella plus we have fishing pols great location to fish from deck or kayak

Great location and beautiful view. Open dining and living room, small kitchen. Kitchen is equipped well with anything you might need. Dining table seats 8, which was great for the 4 couples. Heated pool, but cold wave during our visit, so couldn’t take advantage of it. Host responded quickly when heat wasn’t working. Had a guy to us in a couple hours and fixed the problem , people which was much appreciated.

House was great. 6 adults, 5 kids and there were enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Would definitely recommend. Good restaurants nearby and a ten minute drive to Delray Beach. It was the perfect house for our first Florida baseball tournament.

Amazing property for a girls trip. Great location and has everything you could need. Had the best time and would highly recommend. Lots of space, loved the fact each bedroom and its own bathroom. Would come back!

The location was nice and plenty of room but the beds and house needs updates. The fridge smelled horrible, the water filter needed replacing, there were holes in walls and water damage. Worst part were the beds they were super old to the point we had to sleep on couches. For the price the house is at I would think these minor repairs would go a long way.

Regarding the mattresses in the bedrooms, we replace them every five years. Three mattresses were replaced last year, and the remaining two were replaced shortly after your departure. At this time, all bedroom mattresses are new and in good condition. The refrigerator water filter was changed after you mentioned it to us. During your stay, we were not informed that the filter needed to be replaced, and there was no bad smell coming from the refrigerator. There were a couple of small holes in one of the bedrooms, which were most likely caused by luggage from previous guests.

Perfect House

Great House!

We loved our recent stay at this place. Several couples stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The house has plenty of room for all copues to have their own bed/bath and the outside deck is just great - It's where we spent most of our time - heated pool was great and its so close to the beach and restaurants.

Very happy with this property!

The house has a great waterfront position with a beautifully updated and spacious deck - terrific for relaxing outside! The bedrooms all have ensuites and are very comfortable. While there are 6 bedrooms, we only needed 4, which worked out well as we could skip the smallest and the twin room! We really enjoyed our stay!
