This classic beach house is deep in surf history and is located on the tip of Sunset Pt. Windows and garden all around create beautiful ocean and garden light. Lanai is half covered with comfortable furniture and half in sun with partial ocean views.

Sunsetyards is the perfect destination ...a classic Sunset Beach two bedroom, one bath . Located on the tip of Sunset Point. This property catches the wonderful trades due to being truly on the Point. We are one house off the beach with beach access twenty feet from house.

Dinning room, living room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and deck, loft.
Have your morning coffee or sunset cocktail at the beach or kick back in the hammock under our coconut palms. Enjoy our deck which is under a coconut tree and is half under roof or sit in the sun. The house has wonderful air flow with lots of windows and wonderful light, with garden and peak a poo ocean views. Sunsetyards is as close to beachfront as it gets without the high cost.

This is a secure yard with beautiful landscaping with two coconut palms, 2 fragrant plumeria trees, and other beautiful red tea, and additional palms and flowering hedges. Relax in the High ceiling fans with dimming lights. Granite countertops, surf photography, stained glass, mermaid mosaic, and other artistic touches throughout.

This is a great value at Sunset Point. The beach just in front of house is one of the best spots on the North Shore for swimming, surfing, or snorkeling. The large cove on north side of this point has intermediate surf spot. There are many expert only breaks all round the point. On the west side of point we have the world famous Sunset Point. Just in front of house is one of the more protected swimming areas when surf is up (Oct. to March). This is rare and special on the North Shore to have a semi protected swimming spot during large swells.

All these are white sand beaches with beautiful water. This is the closest to beachfront as it gets without the high costs.

Aloha, and comfort has been thought of in every personal touch of this house inside and out. This is not a house for parties, wedding parties, or any gatherings other than the guests staying at Sunsetyards. Loud groups will not be tolerated and will lose secrity deposit if neighbors complain of additional numbers, or guests disturbing the peace or keeping neighbors awake or waking them up. We ask serious drinkers to go elsewhere. PLESE NOTE THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY...

Highly recommend staying here

Marie is the most amazing host. A month before our stay in Hawaii, another VRBO bailed on us and we had no place to stay. We contacted Marie and she was sympathetic to our situation and helped us out enormously. Marie is kind and responsive. She greeted us at the house when we arrived and walked us through everything. She gave great advice on good places nearby. We relied on her for help with travel times (including traffic) to various destinations such as Pearl Harbour and her advic

Beautiful home, well located

Our family of five (with two teens and a grandma) had a wonderful stay in this home. It really was a beautiful and unique home and the pictures on the site are accurate. We loved sitting out on the deck for breakfast. Nearly every day we rode the bikes to local beaches, especially Shark's cove where we did the best snorkeling of our lives. It was so nice to have use of the bikes and snorkel gear. The owner's husband was our main contact during our stay and he was friendly and helpful.

Amazing Host & Property!

The homeowner offered excellent communication before and during our stay. We gave her an approximate time of arrival and were greeted as we pulled into the driveway. She was happy to talk to us about the available sports equipment, show us around the house, explain the TV remote, talk about the general area, etc. Such a terrific host!!!!! The house was exceptionally clean and exactly how described in the listing. There was plenty of room for our family. My daughter loved her private "suite" downstairs and my nephew enjoyed the privacy he received in the loft. The house made everyone happy!! The house is just steps from the beach so it was uber convenient to put my feet in the sand whenever I wanted. Ted's Bakery is nothing more than a few minutes walk from the house. I used one of the bicycles to ride beside my daughter and husband who ran on the bike path. We appreciated having access to beach chairs and boogie boards. We did use the washer/dryer at the end of our stay, which was a great perk! The beds are comfortable and air conditioning worked the one night we used it. My husband simply preferred to sleep with the windows open and catch the nice breeze that came through so we didn't need the A/C. :) Everyone we encountered on North Shore was super friendly. From the people we met on the beach to folks waiting in line at Ted's. All and all, we were very pleased with the property and delighted with our stay.

The property and house are always immaculate. We have worked very hard for years remodeling the entire property and take great pride in offering a house that has it all in an awesome location.
We welcome respectful guests that will care for our home and be aware of close neighbors in the quiet neighborhood of Sunset Point.

We choose this location because it's a great family neighborhood with a swimming spot that is protected during large swells. Also because it is far enough from Kam. hwy. not to hear the steet noise. In both directions there are white sand beaches, amazing surf, and beauty. Listen to the surf day and night.

What makes this property unique

The bikes! Wonderful airflow with losts of beautiful plants and garden around and beach access you the property line. Also the deck and yard are very comfortable with lots of beautiful trees and colorful plants. . The beach is beautiful. I love the classic style of Sunsetyards and the views from all the upstairs rooms. A great family neighborhood.
