Cool 4-bedroom townhome in charming Nashville

Enjoy the lap of luxury in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhouse with amazing views of the Nashville skyline, from the 4th floor rooftop. About 5 minutes to downtown. Luxurious bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, and full size beds, comfy mattresses, and TV's in every room, including the speakeasy-like den on the first floor, with pool table. Upscale bathrooms, with walk in, tile showers in 3 of the 4, a bathtub in the fourth, as well as getting ready area with two make up vanities. Kitchen and living room have a spacious open floorplan. Kitchen comes stocked with many amenities for preparing a dinner at home or breakfast in.

Our townhouse is a fully stocked "home away from home". Each guest may enjoy their own space in one of the four bedrooms or come together in the open floorplan living room / kitchen space or the rooftop deck. You are only minutes from downtown Nashville.

The property has parking available right outside the unit.

The rooftop is a private space just for our guests.

There will be a 30% (of daily rate) surcharge for checkins earlier than 3:00pm and checkouts later than 11:00am.

High life in Nashville

1st things 1st....AMAZING house, beautifully and tastefully decorated. 4 bedrooms 6 beds, 4 full bathrooms. We spent most of our time out and about....but the little time we spent in the house was great. The main living floor for gathering was cozy, and just right. Altho i did rate sherri's plave a 5 4.5 would be more realistic....the east side of Nashville had some several sketchy areas, but it does seem to be on the up and up. The neighbors (or renting neighbors) (which is not the host's fault) could have been better....our only real complaint about the place, the rooftop was had big spider webs and spiders hanging in them throughout, which kept us from enjoying the beautiful weather(when it was there) out on the rooftop, the views were great, in unit laundry was useful, ALOT OF POSITIVES AND WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND to others woth big groups.....best touch might have been the Garage with the lounge area and pool table(which seemed to have a loose foot)

Lots of stairs

Unit was clean. Lots of stairs - three long flights to outdoor area upstairs. Not good if you have bad knees. We had eight people, but only seating for four at kitchen island, making meals challenging. Air fryer had not been cleaned, kitchen missing some items for cooking - no regular sized skillet, no potholders, limited utensils (like tongs). Manager got back with us quickly when we had a slight issue, so that was appreciated. Downstairs bedroom and bath had no shelves, drawers, cabinets, or even towel hooks. Pedestal sink in bathroom, had to store toiletries on the floor and toilet tank lid. Very inconvenient and impractical. Decor was fun and loved the country theme. Everyone hated the trip hazard double rugs.
