We had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. We were in the hot tub every night! So close to everything. Would highly recommend!

This place was awesome! Prime location. Plenty of beds. Hot tub was so clean, we used it multiple times. Firewood was in the pit ready to go. Perfect for our girls weekend!

The house was wonderful! Kitchen was fully equipped, the garage was a perfect place to watch a storm and the hot tub and fire pit made it an amazing weekend. Will definitely be staying again!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! It was so nice and had everything we needed! It was chilly so unfortunately we didn’t get to use the deck outside, but it was a very nice space. I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at this property was amazing. We were in love the minute we walked through the doors. It was so warm and inviting. We spent the entire weekend just sitting outside and talking. It was hard to leave. We just wanted to stay longer. We hope to return before summers end.

Really loved staying here for a family reunion in Geneva. There were four people at the cottage. Plenty of room. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. Place was very clean. Enjoyed the game room. Did not have time to use the hot tub. Location is very convenient to Geneva State Park and Geneva on the Lake. We were able to cook for 14 people one evening, so kitchen was adequate and adequately stocked with cooking necessities, although we did bring a lot of stuff with us just in case. Only downside is the grounds outside of the cottage were not attractive and it's on a dirt road. I wish it would have been closer to the lake/beach. Other than that, great place to stay and great hosts.

The property was just as described, very will decorated and maintained. It was close to the activities we wanted to be close to but a short distance to be private. I would definate recommend this property and will keep it in mind for future visits!

The property was clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Very nice! The hosts thought of everything to make your stay feel like home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need. Plenty of towels and blankets. Outdoor seating is available. We enjoyed the hot tub.The hosts were great! They responded quickly and answered any questions that we had. Thank you!The road to the property is in bad shape. There are some big holes to avoid. It is close to other properties and doesn't offer alot of outdoor privacy.
