Mariner Lakes is a quiet, cozy, gated community offering private deeded beach access, private parking across from the beach entrance, as well as restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues within walking distance. Swimming Pool, pickle-ball, tennis and basketball courts, as well as beautiful lakes (for fishing!). 3 smart TV's, stocked pantry, screened patio, board games, beach essentials, pickle ball equipment, basketball, fishing poles and tackle, skim boards, umbrella, grill, and even a nice blender for those cold drinks! Do not park on grass, fishing is allowed at the lake across the road. No smoking inside of house. Please clean out fridge/freezer before departing.
Place dirty dishes in dishwasher, place used towels on bathroom floor. Ensure that all exterior doors and windows are locked.
Turn off all fans and lights. Refer to Welcome book for HOA rules and fines.

Beautiful and fun place to vacation!

This home has it all!! The home is SO adorable, well maintained, nicely stocked, comfortable mattresses, amazing amenities and super convenient to all the best things in the area. Our family could not have had a more perfect stay! The owner was quick to respond, check in and out was a breeze and you can tell they really care about their guest. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing

Jeff and Jen went above and beyond for our trip. They checked on us frequently and had everything we could have needed to get us through -even for the rainy days we had. This place is stunning and quite yet, located close enough to the beaches, shopping, restaurants that we did not even mind the drive. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Jeff and Jen for a much needed rest.

Beautiful, quiet, gated community with lakes, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, pool, and clubhouse. Private gated entrance to the beautiful Gulf. Private Parking access to the Beach. Centrally located to shopping, entertainment, dining, and beach. 5 miles to Flora-Bama, 5 miles to The Hangout, 6 miles to The Wharf, 2 miles to intra-coastal waterway.

Centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach! Private gated community with beautiful lakes and wildlife, just right across from the beautiful Gulf! A true Beach Home feel without the hustle and bustle of parking garages, crowds, and traffic. Very clean interior with stunning bathrooms, new appliances. Fiber wi-fi, 3 smart TV's, stocked pantry, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, board games, screened in patio, Keurig Coffee maker, Pour over coffee maker, a blender for some Ice cold beverages, extra sheets, towels, and blankets. A definite must-see!
