Relaxing ski-in/ski-out resort on Peak 7. Walk out the resort doors directly to the slopes. The resort features indoor & outdoor salt water hot tubs, a wonderful spa, steam room and sauna, kid-friendly pools, game room, and movie theaters. Take the shuttle or gondola into town for great shopping and dining. Ski and hike at this luxury resort in the mountains. The resort has a restaurant, small "convenience store" and a wonderful lobby and bar.
The business center is open 24 hours a day. It is equipped with two computers, one printer, a small, 10-seat conference room and a library. There is a reading room and other quiet spaces to rest, have some hot chocolate and socialize. It's a perfect place for the whole family.
Check gobreck dot com for Breckenridge event info. Local activities include horseback riding, tubing, ice fishing, Nordic skiing and snowshoeing.
--- ROOM AMENITIES ---
The 1 bedroom suite features a private bedroom with comfortable bedding, a living room with a pull out sofa. It has a small kitchen and full bathroom. The kitchette is stocked with coffee pot, coffee and tea, toaster, cutlery, dishes and basic cookware. It has a microwave, half-sized fridge, stovetop. Items not found in the kitchen can be requested from the concierge (some bakeware, colander, additional pots and pans, etc.). Even though the kitchen is small, we have made breakfasts and easy dinners (pastas, chili, etc.) there without a problem. You can also use the gas grills outside. They are ready for use and tools, if needed, are available at the front desk. There several areas for outdoor cooking, relaxing and eating. If that doesn't work, several restaurants in town deliver to the resort.
The room features a two TVs. Gaming consoles are available for rent. Free HDMI connectors available at the front desk for streaming. The resort has several small theaters you can reserve for movie watching. There are hundreds of movies to choose from including plenty of for kids. Free WIFI in your room and public areas.
The resort is very clean and safe with electronic door locks and wrist band keys. Laundry is available in the building. Detergent is available at the front desk. Extra blankets, towels, etc. can be requested at any time. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap) and kitchen cleaning supplies provided. Recycling bins are in the kitchen.
Secure free parking onsite for one car with the reservation. Elevators and luggage carts available. Ski locker rental may be available from the resort on a first come first serve basis.
--- CHECK IN ---
Your check in will work much like that at a hotel. Your name will be on the reservation. I will contact you with the reservation number. The front desk will require an ID and a credit card on file. You will receive electronic wrist bands/door keys that allow full access to resort facilities and amenities.
Front desk staff and the concierge can answer your questions and provide assistance. We live locally and are available as well if you need help or recommendations. This is a resort, so there will be other guest in public areas.

The property is a timeshare resort and this listing is *only* for our unused days/week. A tour is NOT required with this reservation.
Check in is at 4pm. Check out at 10am. This is firm and late check out will result in a charge from the resort. Check with the concierge for extended parking hours on your check out day. You may be able to stay parked for a time after check out.
