Amazing central location within urban San Diego. North Park, which has many breweries/restaurants/bars/theaters, is central and very close by to San Diego's many other famous and well known neighborhoods - Hillcrest, Adams Ave corridor, South Park, Downtown / Gaslamp, Little Itay, East Village, Coronado, Point Loma, Mission Bay / Beach and Pacific Beach, La Jolla.

Airport is 15min drive and very convenient, San Diego State / UCSD / USD / Point Loma N. are all very close by and easily accessible.

What makes this property unique

Modern corner three bedroom unit with each bedroom having its own bathroom with an additional half bath. Three balconies on the 2nd floor, the largest one having a built-in BBQ and outdoor furniture to enjoy the weather / grill, the 3rd floor has two dual masters each with own private balcony (the largest one has amazing views of the sunset, park). The property also has a private two car attached garage plus additional street parking.
