This charming 1940's Craftsman style home has been completely remodeled with new fixtures, appliances and quaintly refurbished furnishings. This home is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms/2 baths and a great kitchen for entertaining. The 1/2 acre backyard contains beautiful pecan and peach trees surrounded by a privacy fence. You can enjoy the backyard while relaxing on the large deck under the pergola. A gas grill is also available for guests' enjoyment. There is a wrap around porch on the front/side and also a two car garage. Come experience historical Washington County, the Birthplace of Texas, along with the picturesque town of Brenham.
