The largest and main house has 4 suites, 3 with a balcony next to the pool. In this same house there is a kitchen with a wood stove and a gas stove, as well as a large dining room with 20 seats and a spacious room with a round table for card games and two large leather sofas and two comfortable armchairs for reading or reading. watch a good movie (flat screen TV with DVD and SKY). In this same house there is a lounge on the lower floor all in stone, with large windows, ping pong table, bar with sink, refrigerator and flip chart. There is also another suite in the same style as the lounge.
The chalet on the other side of the pool was the first manufactured in Brazil by “Casa e Jardim”, very well maintained in wood with a living room, a bathroom, a double bedroom and on the mezzanine there are two single beds and two more bunk beds with balcony facing the valley view.

There is a couple of full-time caretakers who will check in and check out, in addition to taking out the trash every day from the kitchen and bathrooms. It will provide all the necessary support, but without interfering in the privacy of guests. If you want, you can include the cleaning service fee for the rooms, bedding, bathrooms and table cleaning service for meals and washing dishes, as well as assistance in preparing meals, barbecue and etc.

Chalet - holds 1 couple and up to 4 singles.

No more than 20 people are allowed to sleep on the property and if there is a party or celebration, it must be negotiated directly and in advance with the owners.

Educated pets are accepted, remembering that there are tame and neutered guard dogs that live on the property and remain in prison.

The house is fully equipped and has complete infrastructure. We provide bed linen, bath and table linen, blankets, crockery and complete cutlery.

NOTE: Only the owner can close the lease. Without this written authorization, unidentified persons will not be able to enter the site.
