Small Glitch Checking In

We received check-in information from host (address, key code, wifi, etc)...we arrived at 2 am but were unable to access the home. Key code would not let us in...messaged and called the host but no answer. Had to sleep in our car the first night. I received a call at 530 am the next morning...host had accidentally given us the wrong unit number. Once we figured that out, we had access to the home and enjoyed our stay. Host communicated promptly to messages and constantly checked on us during the stay. Definitely would stay again.
