The host was fantastic and quick to respond to all messages we sent leading up to, and during our stay.The location is in an area that is up and coming. Very close to VCU and access to the highways. There is a MicroBrewery a very short walk away that has some great beer. The house shares a wall with another unit, but we did not hear anything from the other side. This unit is very spacious, with tons of room for us and our boys. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which made things very convenient. We would stay here again in the future.

An excellent place in Richmond!

An excellent place in Richmond! It was the best VRBO to accommodate our large family gathered for a graduation event. Centrally located, 5 well furnished bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! The lower level is an open floor design perfect for a large group! Thank you.

House was very spacious and clean and good for large groups. Beds were comfortable.Negatives were location next to train tracks, parking alley was overgrown and unkept. Did not feel safe in this location. Hard to access due to other people parking poorly and narrow entrances. Lots of trash in front and behind other condos. No exterior photo should’ve been a red flag. Plastic chairs on front porch and one was broken. Water pressure in upstairs sinks were poor. No ice maker. Noise from next door was heard. We have have stayed in many VRBOs and the quality for the price does not match.

Son's Graduation Weekend

We had extended family/grandparents together to celebrate my son's graduation from University of Richmond. The house was the perfect space for us! The amenities of coffee, toiletries, bedding and towels, etc. were all wonderful. It was very comfortable and the perfect home base for us while in town. The exterior space in front of the home could have used some TLC/maintanence with weedwhacking/grasscutting, but the inside completely exceeded our expectations! Thank you, Mustafa, for our time here!

Place was great but there is a train that goes by during the night and unfortunately blasts its horn at the crossings. I did contact the host after our stay to touch base on that and a bed that was broken when we arrived but did not receive any response after several attempts. If you are a sound sleeper the place and location are great!
