PLEASE - NO RESERVATION REQUESTS - just inquiries! Our property is governed by an HOA which requires a minimum term, as well as pre-approval.

* We TYPICALLY require a 2 MONTH minimum stay

* January, February, and March must be rented to include all months. We only rent as a "Seasonal rental" over this time frame. *

* Up to 2 dogs (maximum combined weight may not exceed 60 lbs).

Your stunning, completely renovated 3BR, 2.5 BA Vacation Townhome is located within the desirable Brookshire Bath & Tennis Club Community in Fort Myers, FL and just 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach! The association consists of 569 Units to include single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums.

Our property is available for rent for a minimum of one month, except for a Seasonal rental (January, February, and March inclusive). Our property cannot be booked online due to the HOA approval requirement. Please feel free to contact us for add'l information.

Brookshire features many amenities and activities as well as proving a convenient ride to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel & Captiva Islands. Ft. Myers offers a wide variety of local dining choices, public golf courses, and MLB Spring Training baseball!

The Fort Myers area—from Cape Coral to Bonita Beach—is perfect for island hopping and shell collecting. You'll enjoy every moment you spend walking the beaches, swimming in the sparkling waters, wandering the rustic beach towns, and visiting community parks. The area is teeming with wildlife in the air, on the beaches and in the water.

Enjoy both the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins' Spring training seasons in Fort Myers, each in their own ball field. Legions of baseball fans flock to southwest Florida for spring training games which run from late February through the end of March. Great weather and a lot of family fun!
Fort Myers also boast some of the most scenic, challenging, and affordable public golf courses in Florida.

Beth & Stephen McMahon. We are originally from the Philly suburbs and have lived in Florida for nearly 20 years. Stephen attended St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, while Beth graduated from East Stroudsburg University. We currently reside in Weston, FL.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this investment property in July of 2015 in order to be able to enjoy traveling from our home in the Fort Lauderdale area to spend time with our first grandchild!

What makes this property unique

From the moment we experienced our first Florida Gulf Coast sunset, we knew that we would one day purchase a property over here. Our townhome is located within a community that is abundant with amenities and activities that appeal to travelers of all ages.
