Gorgeous, NON-Smoking, very clean, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with lanai in Venetian Palms Luxury Condominiums. Venetian Palms is well maintained and very quiet community. Centrally located of Hwy 41, close to restaurants and shopping. 9 miles from the airport,8 miles from the beach and 6 miles from downtown Fort Myers. Very close to the Red Sox and the Twins spring training facilities.
The unit was fully remodeled last year. Master bedroom with king size bed(Memory foam mattress) .Guest room with Queen size bed ( pillow top ) Walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Living room with pullout sectional couch that can be used as an additional sleeping space. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room inside the unit. Fully furnished screened Lanai to enjoy the outdoor!
Please note, per Condo Association rules, every adult guest over the age of 18 is required a background check. The background check is $75 per person.

Friendly neighborhood

Great location in a friendly neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked and unit was spacious with a lanai. Quick walk to pools and other amenities.

Heated Pool and location were excellent. Quiet and safe surroundings.

The grounds were well maintained, the people are friendly and respected the quiet neighborhood; front desk was informative and helpful...Owner was accessible most of the time, and photos of interior were accurate but done so well I mistakenly got the impression from online photos that the place was larger than it actually was. Not a criticism of the condo, but a complement to the photographer for a job well done. The owner has supplied the kitchen with every kind of cooking utensil I needed and I enjoy cooking when I'm on vacation..so that was a plus. Some of the dishes, glasses and pans, however were put away dirty, so I urge housekeeping to check a few of the cupboards for just that disrespect from any previous renter. Place was not as clean upon arrival as I would have liked, but this was a pet friendly place and sometimes pet owners are not as responsible for their pet as they should be. The owner explained and apologized for that so I accepted her explanation. The important items , like refrigerator, toilet, sinks were all clean upon arrival however so no complaints for those. We definitely left the place cleaner than we found it, but there were so many more things right about the place than wrong, that I would rent it again...and hope to next year.

Great Place to Stay in Paradise!

We loved this condo. We would certainly come back if it opens up next March. Place was very clean & furnished with anything you needed or wanted. Location was great. Everywhere we wanted or needed to go was vey close from the condo. Quiet neighborhood with great walking area. Loved it!
