A luxury immaculate condo, stylishly furnished and well equipped. Everything in this condo is excellent quality. Beautiful views of lake with fountain. Tropical landscaping. Second floor, all rooms overlook lovely lake with fountain, surrounded by trees, palms and tropical plants. Quiet position yet close to all amenities. Unit comprises nicely furnished spacious living room with separate dining area. Large master bedroom with queen bed (very comfortable with pocket springs), Smart TV in bedroom with Roku channels, remodeled en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower over, very large walk in closet. Upgraded well equipped kitchen with granite counters. Range with ceramic top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster. Large full second bathroom with bathtub and shower over, remodeled. NOTE: Bed 2 is furnished as den/media room. This is an ADDITIONAL sitting room/study/TV room with computer desk and sofa. A very relaxing room with lovely view. New smart TV with Roku channels.. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Lots of closet space in condo. Attached private sitting area overlooking lake and fountain., under cover. Relax whilst you listen to the fountain! Utilities, smart TV, wifi internet included. Car port. Venetian Palms is an attractive site, with tropical landscaping and lakes with fountains. There are numerous facilities, including two lovely heated pools, (one very close to condo), and hot tub with jacuzzi, sauna, tennis, paddle ball and volley ball courts, fitness room. Social events organised. Excellent location, in quiet position but very close to the main road 41, where there are numerous dining options and shops. Some shops and restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes to beaches, 20 minutes to airport. Very popular. Visitors return to Venetian Palms year after year.

No pets please. No smoking. Background check required by Association, $75 per person or $100 per married couple, payable to Venetian Palms. Background check lasts 3 years. 30 day minimum stay, but two or three month bookings preferred.

Fabulous Condo!

We have stayed at this beautifully decorated condo for the last 2 years. Tricia the owner is great to work with. She has a well equipped kitchen and the bedroom has plush bedding. The neighbors are very quiet. There is a workout room and your choice of 2 pools. Easy access to the highways and stores.
