The living room and master bedroom open to the fully screened back lanai which overlooks the 9th hole! The master bedroom features large walk in closets and a fully updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Your guests have their own private bedroom and bathroom. There is also a laundry room and new air conditioning. One car garage is included. Enjoy all the amenities of home with luxury bedding, linens, kitchenware, etc… Beach towels, beach chairs, and a travel cooler are also available for your trips to the beach. SW Florida get away

Pros. Nicely decorated, nice view of the 9th green from the balcony, great neighbors, great golf course, 2 bikes and 6 beach chairs in the garage to enjoy sunsets on the nearby causeway. Cons, a little far from Bonita Springs or Naples. Could use a grill for long term renters

We purchased this condo because it is perfectly suited for our family. We love the location of the condo because it is so close to many beaches and the community and golf course are very well maintained.
