Together, the duplex includes six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two kitchens with dishwashers, two living rooms with Smart TVs, fast WiFi, central heat and AC, and washer/dryer in each side's basement.
Both sides have multi-level layouts with bedrooms upstairs and laundry in the basement, so stairs are part of the stay.
You're close to the Mississippi, Alberta, and MLK dining corridors, with food carts, coffee, groceries, bars, and local shops nearby.
