The condo spans two floors with lagoon views from the master bedroom and living room. The master suite on the second floor features a king bed and sweeping lagoon views — sleeping two. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or guests, with a queen bed sleeping two and a full-size pullout also sleeping two, for a total of four in that room. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom on the second floor, with a second full bathroom conveniently located downstairs. The open-plan living and kitchen area is bright and airy, with a brand new fully equipped kitchen featuring all-new stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and a dining island that seats six. Flat-screen TV for downtime. In-unit washer and dryer included.

Out front, a private dining patio is perfect for al fresco meals. Out back, your lagoon-facing patio has two lounge chairs and a bistro table — the ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and watching the water go still at sunset.

You have full access to the entire condo and all of Kawama Yacht Club's amenities — all included in your stay.

Two heated pools — including one just steps from the condo — are open year-round. The 3-acre saltwater lagoon is filtered and perfect for swimming and snorkeling, with marine life visible right from the water's edge. Two children's kayaks are available for guest use.

The private oceanfront beach is a short walk from the condo, anchored by a chickee hut with breathtaking open ocean views — the best seat in Kawama for sunrise and sunset. "The Point," a 600-foot jetty extending into the ocean, is the community's signature sunset gathering spot and one of the best fishing spots in Key Largo.
Tennis and pickleball courts are available for guest use. The community is gated with 24-hour security, making it especially comfortable for families with children.

Boaters are welcome — the private marina offers boat slips available for rent directly through the dockmaster (fee applies, boat insurance required, trailer parking not guaranteed). Please contact the dockmaster in advance to confirm availability before your stay.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park — the first underwater state park in the US — borders Kawama directly. World-class snorkeling, scuba diving, glass-bottom boat tours, and kayaking through mangrove forests are minutes from your front door.

Kawama Getaway comes fully stocked so you can arrive and immediately relax. Publix and Winn-Dixie are both nearby for groceries — everything else is already here. Fresh towels and linens provided. Both bathrooms stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Laundry detergent included for the in-unit washer and dryer.
