TOTAL RENOVATION COMPLETED MAY 2021. Condo was not rented from October 10, 2018 until June 4, 2021 due to extensive renovation following hurricane Michael.
This is a must see unit.
This is unit #103 at Largo Mar Condominium. A three bedroom three story townhome directly on the beach and just steps from the pool. The townhome was totally renovated in May 2021. This Gulf Front 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Town home has a fresh modern beach resort feel. A unique getaway where you can walk out your back door directly onto the sugar white sand. NO elevators and no long treks to the beach. Just open the door and within a few steps you will be wading in the crystal clear water of the Gulf Coast. There are decks/balconies on all three floors. The first floor features a full kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, dining room, and living room. The second floor has two bedrooms with two queen beds in one, and a queen bed in the other. There is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom including two separate toilet closets separated by a private tub/shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony. The third floor has a spacious master en suite including a rainfall shower. The private master balcony is perfect for sunbathing or just watching a gorgeous tropical sunset. Largo Mar has a large heated pool and hot tub and lush landscaping. Largo Mar is a smaller gated resort with making it a comfortable and easy vacation for all. Only the three bedroom townhomes are directly on the beach with full on panoramic views. The beach front patio, deck and balcony each have pollywood furniture which is made of a Trex like material which is comfortable and perfect for outdoor living. The master third floor deck has Trex decking and an array of furniture for lounging and enjoying the serenity and privacy while relaxing or sunbathing.
The kitchen has all stainless appliances, solid surface countertops, a dual oven, microwave, dishwasher and state of the art refrigerator with two ice-makers. The pantry is well stocked with small kitchen appliances of every sort. While, the kitchen cabinets are stocked with an array of dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's even a cordless vacuum for quick clean up of the white washed beach wood floors.
The living room and each bedroom have larger smart TVs with DirectTV. The WiFi offers 2.4 and 5.0 GHz. band widths. There's a gas grill on the front patio by the kitchen. Parking is directly in front of the unit for one vehicle, with first come basis guest parking along the perimeter. Parking permits are required. No boats or trailers are allowed at Largo Mar.
To formally book this condo, each guest must be 25 years of age or older or accompanied by parents who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period and would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and also provide copies of their drivers licenses to the rental manager, as proper identification. Be sure to include the number of adults and the number of children 0-17 years of age when inquiring.
Each reservation will incur a 3% admin fee for domestic issued cards or 5% for NON-US issued cards to cover online payment handling which is added to the quote at time of reservation.
Booking requests are not instant bookings, but do place a 24 hour hold on the requested dates which allows for a 24 hour response from the property manager to confirm or decline the reservation request. No charges are made until a reservation is confirmed. Reservations are reviewed and will be responded to in a timely manner.
