I sincerely apologize again, with your experience at the property, especially during such a meaningful occasion as your family reunion. The other properties we offered and had available for your family to move to would have changed the dynamics for your family reunion, so we understand your decision to remain in the house despite the water situation, and while this was an unforeseen and rare equipment failure, we deeply regret the inconvenience it caused. We were able to get the pump replaced within a few days of your departure and the water is fully restored the property. I so badly wished it would have been able to be completed during your stay. Your kind words about our efforts truly mean a lot and we’re grateful for your recognition. Regarding the other issues you mentioned, we agree that they fall short of the standards we aim to provide. We’ve taken your feedback seriously and have already begun working to address each concern. We're also thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location, views, bedding, zip line, and climbing wall—thank you for highlighting the positives amidst the challenges.
