Hi Martha. Pleased you enjoyed your break and the stunning views from our apartment. Apologies that the wireless was not working while you stayed at our apartment. In this part of Portugal, there are outtages which are sadly beyone our control. As anybody sees when they read the other reviews, this doesn't happen that often though... perhaps 5% of the time. Did you speak to our property manager about the games room? She would have given you the keys if you had asked. Thanks for pointing out two areas we need to update the apartment. We have put a program in place to make the updates. Really happy you enjoyed the area in any case Martha.

Anotei as três áreas que você identificou para melhorias e enviei uma mensagem ao meu gerente de propriedade. Na verdade, estamos passando por uma reforma completa desta propriedade no próximo mês e em novembro, então, uma vez concluída, ela ficará tão boa quanto quando a compramos, há 15 anos! Apartment located a few metres from the beach (from the terrace you can see the beach), it has a communal pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas. It has ample parking. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen with terrace. The rooms are spacious. Although you can enjoy the promenade that is very close. In short, a comfortable vacation with everything we were looking for for me, my husband and my three children. Thanks to Teresa and Philip for your attention. And thank you also for the bottle of wine (gift on the house). A hug.

Vous n'avez pas eu de chance, car l'ascenseur n'a cassé qu'une seule fois au cours des 10 dernières années. Je suis vraiment désolé d'entendre parler de vos problèmes. J'ai vérifié mes messages texte et j'ai répondu une heure et huit minutes après que vous m'ayez envoyé le message, donc je ne sais pas pourquoi vous avez pensé que j'avais mis si longtemps à répondre. Le seul autre point que je voudrais souligner est que dans ma précédente correspondance avec vous, j'ai toujours dit que Teresa devrait être votre premier point de contact, car elle est basée à 1 km de l'appartement et je suis basé à l'étranger. Je suis ravie qu'elle ait pu t'aider.
