This beautiful and peaceful holiday rental house is set on flat land overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the small quite town of Louisburgh (Coneen area). Unobstructed views of Clew Bay, Achill Island, Clare Island and mountains are spectacular. The property is enclosed by a fence, trees and shrubs. If you want breathtaking views and privacy, this is the rental home for you.
4 spacious bedrooms, sleeps 9 comfortably (in beds)
Bedroom 1 (downstairs): Double bed, full bathroom across the hall (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): Bunk beds (sleeps 2, kids)
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Double bed and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Double and single bed and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 3)
Lounge has access to deck looking out over the sea to islands of Achill and Clare (no curtains).
Sitting room has original Irish fireplace.
Kitchen has large island with chairs and separate kitchen table.

Louisburgh is a quaint Irish village which attracts many visitors in the summer months. There are restaurants, pubs supermarket/deli, butcher, pharmacy, hotel, newsagent, take-away, cafe and shops. Its a short trip to Clare Island, Achill Island, Croagh Patrick and the larger town of Westport. Westport has championship golf course, horse back riding, fishing, train to Dublin.
10 minute walk to the center of the town.
2 minute walk to blue flag beaches.

I handle the rentals for my mother and father. Dad was born and raised in this house. He engulfed the house, added to it and made major renovations. He did however kept the original fireplace.
Why they chose this property
The house is an adorable house with a large yard that is enclosed for ultimate privacy. The view are breathtaking of the islands and the ocean. The beach is a 1-2 minute stroll around the corner. There is a pier on the secluded beach and open sand on the other.
