This is the smallest of 4 apartments in a beautifully restored, turn of the century home that was turned into apartments in the 1920s. Three huge sycamore trees surround the house. The fully fenced back yard is a nature retreat complete with pond and sometimes frogs. Large decks surround the back of the house with each tenant having their own share of deck and a BBQ. The deck for this apartment is sweet indeed and flows out onto the beautiful grounds of the property..
Everything has been thought of to make your stay as easy as being home but also special and different.

This apartment was cozy, safe, comfortable and had excellent style. A beautiful deck to watch the sunset, a cute kitchen with everything you need, and a bohemian design overall that was very well curated. It was a wonderful place to stay during my time in Fairfield — I was able to relax in comfort, undisturbed. The house is old and the other guests/tenants did make some noise but it was minimal and not a problem. There was a sweet kitty who visited me when I was on the deck. Quiet block near Lake Pleasant, where I like to walk. Highly recommend!
Place was very clean and well kept. Kitchen was stocked with spices and utensils to cook a whole meal! We would definitely stay here again. :)

This house with it's 4 beautiful apartments is my forever home. Though I'm not there now it's where I come home to. I love it and I hope you do too.
Why they chose this property
In the heart of a town with a lot of heart. What seems like a country lane leads to the grocery story 1/2 block away. It seems a bit rural but the town square is just 5 blocks away.
What makes this property unique
Classy old house with a surprisingly contemporary loft (the tree house), beautiful grounds, and warm hearted caretakers. In the middle of a kind and welcoming community.
