Amazing Comfort, Value, and Fun, Fun, Fun in the Sun!

From the moment you walk into this home you will be welcomed with large windows and high ceilings. We love the open feel of the floor plan -- as well as the ability to find your own private corner. The house has wonderful cherry wood cabinets, a large bath and oversized shower in the master bedroom. All bedrooms have a queen size bed. Our community has three pools, a 3 par golf course -- at no charge -- and a city golf course within about a mile that has a fun club house with wonderful reasonably price meals. The club house hosts live music and a great feeling of fun. Take a bike or a walk on the walking/biking paths to the numersous parks with play grounds. This is a family home very close to hiking trips, Scottsdale's great shopping, and many fun festivals! There's always something happening in the Phoenix area. Go to the Olive Mill, Sedona, the numerous outdoor concerts -- country western, rock, opera even. All is here for you to enjoy! Take the kids down to fish, go to the flea market or consignment shops. Start your day on the patio with a cup of coffee and decide what the rest of the day will hold for you. We are still discovering that we barely have touched the surface of what there is to do and enjoy. Our community also has tennis courts and a new FOLF course and hosts events like teen dances and cooking classes. Reconnect with your family and enjoy your FUN TIME IN THE SUN.

Great Property

The house was a perfect setting for a family reunion. It was spacious well laid out so everyone had plenty of room. The hosts were very cooperative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend the house and hope to be able to use it again.

Girls Golf Getaway

Great Spot

The property was well appointed, immaculate - just as described! Our group of 10 was very comfortable and I appreciated that we could be around one table for dining. It was nice to complete a short stay without need to replenish everyday needs such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Thanks, Cynthia for a delightful stay!

Beautiful Wedding Weekend

My husband and I were ecstatic with how gorgeous the house was and how close it was to our venue. It was perfect for accommodating the wedding party as we got ready the morning of our reception. We couldn't have been happier with home and all of it amenities.

Great stay

House has plenty of room as we had 3 or 4 couples with us during our stay. House is well stocked and plenty of spices for cooking. Owner was quick to respond when I had a question. San Tan Valley is a distance from the Mesa, Phoenix area and traffic is always heavy so plan extra time.for.traveling. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house

Stay at the Phoenix Casa in San Tan Valley

My friends & I stayed at this property while at a horse event in Queen Creek. We absolutely loved it. There were 5 of us and all had our own bedrooms. It was so nice to get up, fix breakfast before a day of showing and return to this nice spacious home in the evening to relax before retiring. The kitchen is very well equipped, making it nice for cooking. It's a very nice, quiet neighborhood and we all slept so well. We would definitely stay here again.

Unforgettable Thanksgiving

While the home itself was nice, I could tell it hadn’t been serviced for cleaning prior to my check in. The communication with the host was subpar. After booking, prior to check-in, the host & I made an agreement through the app that she’d not book for Thanksgiving (day on my check out) & that I’d extend my reservation for the holiday. She happily agreed. The night prior, I contacted her & indicated that I was ready. She sent me a very short response saying she’s coming back to AZ & we need to be out the next morning at 10am. Very surprised & full of anxiety (she knows vrbo doesnt do same day bookings), I asked what happened? She said she’d sent me a email stating the same thing the day before & provided a ss of that email, in which she misspelled my email & I NEVER received it. I indicated to her how horrible of a position that put my family in. We ordered an ENTIRE Thanksgiving dinner from Cracker Barrel & made no plans for another place, everything was booked on other platforms, & hindered by vrbo’s same day policy on this one. In short, she NEVER did come back, my family ended up spending all day Thanksgiving in a vehicle with a cold dinner, trying to find a last min hotel vacancy, finally finding one an hour away at 8pm, & eating Thanksgiving dinner at the closest open restaurant.

Great gathering spot!

We enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at this home. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfy. Had 17 family members for our feast and didn’t feel crowded. In a nice neighborhood with parks and pools.

Beautiful and spacious.

The house is beautifully decorated and very roomy. If the weather had been nicer, we would have enjoyed the outdoor space. With 9 of us, I wish there had been more cupboard and freezer space for our groceries.

Stay to short

We had just a quick stay here due to other plans which was sad as it was a nice house and area. It was a very roomy house for the 7 of us. My kids enjoyed having their own spaces with being able to use the pullout couch on the main floor for another bedroom. Very clean. Lots of kitchen items if needed - but being a short stay we didn’t have the need. Back yard was roomy with plenty of seating options. We visited one of the community pools and it was nicely heated for a cool March windy day swim - we drove there but teenager decided to run there and was happy with the distance. Quick drive to local stores for groceries.

We bought this home to retreat from the long, cold winters in Montana. As I am not completely retired yet, we are unable to get down there as often as we would like. We always run out of time, before we run out of things to do. This is our home -- not just a house and we want you to enjoy it's comfort and fun.

Why they chose this property

We can fly direct on Allegiant Air -- and might I state at a very reasonable amount. We are 15 miles from the Mesa airport. We like that once we arrive in our community, we do not have to fight the traffic of the inner city of Phoenix -- unless we choose to .

What makes this property unique

We have seen many very, very affordable concerts at the Ostrich Festival (did you know they race ostriches?). We love the large areas available for large family get togethers and the spaciousness of our home. The farmers market and the flea market are such kicks. They just added the FOLF course and I'm anxious to challenge my children to a game -- next visit! Great affordable public golf course and free three hole golf course. Volleyball, tennis, pools, soccer fields, basketball courts. We have them all!
