Alugamos esta cobertura 2 semanas em fevereiro e ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com o imóvel. O apartamento é muito mais bonito e espaço do que parece nas fotos e a vista de todos os cômodos é incrível. A cobertura com piscina e churrasqueira é o ponto alto desse imóvel e tornou nossas férias inequecíveis. O proprietário é atencioso e sempre disponível. Adoramos a estadia e recomendamos!!!

O Apto é ótimo, a vista é espetacular de qualquer um dos cômodos, destaque para a cobertura com a piscina exclusiva do Duplex. Excelente localização, area nobre no Novo Campeche, proprietário simpático e atencioso. Recomendo.

vacaciones inolvidables!
Hace dos años vamos a novo campeche, la playa es hermosa y tranquila y este año tuvimos la suerte de encontrar este departamento con la mejor ubicación posible Frente al Mar!!!!! desde todos los ambientes del depto se ve la playa y el mar! tiene una decoración impecable y muy practico y cómodos los ambientes (es mas lindo que en las fotos) y lo mejor de todo es la terraza con la pileta, parrilla y frente al mar!!! no queríamos salir de ahí!!!
El dueño muy amable, siempre atento a lo que precisábamos. El barrio super tranquilo y tiene un restaurante y panadería-cafeteria muy buenos, a dos cuadras.-
Felices de haber decidido alquilar este departamento y esperamos regresar!!!!

Excelente!
Aluguei essa cobertura por 5 dias agora em janeiro, ótima localização e um excelente apartamento, o apartamento é muito melhor e bonito ao vivo do que nas fotos, sem contar a gentileza do dono do imóvel, sempre disposto a ajudar.
Recomendo 100%, vc nao vai se arrepender, nota 1000, dificilmente vai achar alguma coisa parecido por esse preço.
