This is a 1 bedroom furnished apartment with AC bedrooms and hall,TV, Fridge, power backup, functional kitchen, water purifier, hot water geyser, LED TV, induction, electric kettle , etc.

TV has TATA sky Ultra pack connection with HD, so all the channels are subscribed that come in India i.e. more than 350 channels. You can enjoy channels like HBO, Discovery, etc in HD at no extra cost.

The house has a 100 MPs unlimited internet wifi connection.

The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, refrigerator, induction to handle basic cooking.

It is 5 minutes walking from the beach. The apartment has swimming pool and park view.

The AC is in hall and bedroom.

The apartment complex has swimming pool that is well maintained and is open from 8AM to 8 PM.

You'll have your own private parking space for your rented car/bike/scooter.

Guest access
Swimming pool, gym and garden. Other than that the complete Studio flat will be yours to use. There is a open parking for one car too.

Shared washing machine is used which is in common area.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Please carefully see all the amenities that will be provided.

2. The apartment is cleaned after every checkout and every other day. Bedsheets will be changed once a week. We try our best to keep it as clean as possible following this schedule. If you need the cleaning service more than this, then it would be additional charges.

3. Some facilities are common for all residents and guest in buidling like elevator, gym and pool.

For information; Sometimes some services may be out of service and since it's maintenance is done by society's managing committee, we can't bring it to service immediately.

4. Guests need to provide Government ID proof at the time of check-in.

5. You can smoke in the balcony and must not smoke in the room.
