The apartment is fully renovated with all new appliances, including a queen-size bed, flat-screen smart TV, air conditioning, WiFi, a laundry machine, a bidet, and storage for your luggage.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy stunning views of the sunset, the pool, and even a glimpse of the sea. The private residence is accessible only by key or security guard, with security cameras for added safety.
