This is the fourth time we have stayed here while visiting Colonial Williamsburg. It is only 15 minutes away from CW and has a number of amenities both on the grounds as well as being close to great restaurants and shopping areas. Highly recommend it.

My friend and I were on a “girls history trip”. The property itself was beautiful and one of us enjoyed the walking path daily. We would return to this place again if visiting Williamsburg. I dropped a star for a few reasons. There was a long line at check in and difficult to hear the clerk because there were so many there at 4. We were not told when given our key that we had a second floor unit and carrying bags up those 14 steps was an issue for me. I was breathing hard when I got to the top. Fortunately my traveling companion had more strength than me. Found out later we could have asked for assistance. There was free Wi-Fi but it was very slow and frustrating and we were unable to use the internet as we had hoped. This was a Hilton vacation club and we were given incentives to sit through a presentation, so the two hours for that was worth it for the “gifts, but We declined to join the club. Communication about check out procedures were confusing and sent an hour after we were on the road. The showers were the best! All in all I would recommend staying here because the unit beautiful, but be sure to ask about the floor of the the assigned unit before walking away from the check in desk if that matters to you.

The resort was everything that was advertised and more. The staff were uber attentive and friendly. The unit we stayed in, the grounds, and all the recreation amenities were super clean and in great working order. We will be back!

Williamsburg Birthday Trip

Our very extended family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The condo was great, the resort has such a variety of amenities to enjoy, and its proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown was perfect.

May 2025 quick vacay

The property was pristine. We loved strolling the grounds. Had fun playing the miniature golf course! Very clean! Had a great time and will definitely recommend this property!
