Don’t let the white picket fence fool you. This place is sad, from the sagging old blinds in the bedrooms to the uncomfortable sofa in the living room. It is tired, weary and shabby! Flimsy bedding and no personal touches unfortunately. Was a last minute grab, then we didn't end up even staying in it when we got to the place and saw the condition of the house.

Not sure if you made it to the right house. It’s a 100 year old house ! We never saw you on the cameras or in the Driveway. Or entering the home. I mean seriously for less then 150 a night for a 2 bed house you can’t get a better deal!

Perfect stay!

Stayed here one night for an event at Ilani Resort. It was close to the casino, immaculately clean and a lovely house! The host was quick to answer messages and we loved the little house and all her personal touches.

Great little getaway home

My son and I stayed in town for a baseball event, and it was perfect for him and I. Michelle, the owner communicated well and the house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Location as described, but on busy loud road so take white noise machine or earplugs. No check in or check out instructions received until we were a couple hours away, even after repeat follow ups with the host ....a first for us in over 100 vacation rentals around the world. Later we found out she had a planned medical issue but she seemed annoyed with us.The locks are an old style that self-locks behind you, so be sure you keep that key on your body at all times! Otherwise you'll have to bug the owner again. Oops,Bathroom was nice and clean with recent renos. House smelled a bit musty, beds were uncomfortable with metal slats in the frames and thin mattresses so you could feel the metal through the mattress. There are no useful blinds on the windows (some old and broken/warped) so the bright commercial lights shine in. Kitchen appliances all worked fine. One bedroom is pretty hot even with fans.The listing says Washer and Dryer-- it doesn't have them. The details (where it says they have shampoo, etc.) say for stays of more than 3 days. Have never run into that before, and after 5 days on the road we knew we'd need to do laundry. VRBO should require asterisks or something other than just saying the appliances are available. Also, there was talk of fenced yard in reviews but a big commercial driveway opens directly to the road, so take ropes or plan to have any pets on leash at all times for safety. The 7 or 8 back porch stairs are a bit of challenge with no railings.

Wow . You broke and damaged things in the house. You knew there was washer and dryer . You walked by them several times YOU Locked yourself out and called me at 10 pm. I walked you thru the spare key hideout. I was on the property the next day and told you about the washer and dryer and that you had locked me out. I nicely asked u to Remidy the situation. I was there every day .I do not say in my listening the yard is fenced. You also did not pick up after your dogs . Who by they way were larger then acceptable. I did not /will not recommend you as guests

Was visiting a friend in town for just one night and this was the perfect little place to comfortably stay in town and not have to drive 20 min away for a hotel. It’s an older house so I brought an extra blanket because I expected it to be cold. And it is in the winter. I had to reach out directly to host the day before to ask how to get inside because this wasn’t in the email that was sent out and I like to be prepared. There are little wall heaters around, however no instructions on locations, how to use, what to do, what not to do, and no checkout instructions. Would recommend 2 things to make the stay easier: numbers on the outside of the house, visible from the street and an instruction guide to the house with how to operate stuff (tv, heaters, WiFi) and check-out instructions. Host was very responsive at least! Would definitely stay again.
