About this property

LAKE FRONT: Cozy 4-bedroom lake CAMP with WiFi and an outdoor firepit!

Leave your worries at home! This lake front vacation camp is going to leave you with a sense of peace and enjoyment of vacation! Upon arriving to this camp with a view, with 4 bedroom | 2 bathroom you will instantly be met with the calmness of the dirt road, the breeze over the mountains, the wresting of the leaves, the sound of geese, and a faint smell of fire from the outdoor fire pit.

Please note this is CAMP, not a luxury lake house. There is a difference. We take pride in the camp and rustic feel here!

History:
This camp, originally purchased by our family in 1951 but was built in 1928! Originally bought by Harry Linell II, as a second home to spend summers; eventually upon retirement became a true snow bird moving from here to West Palm Beach, Florida during the colder months.

The camp used to be known for the patriotism; red, white and blue, EVERYWHERE! Back when Harry II was alive he would dress up as Uncle Sam and pass out balloons and popsicles to the neighborhood kids. If you happen to stay over the 4th of July holiday you are truly stepping into true history, of this town!

Recently we have upgraded the camp for a place for our family to continue to come and enjoy but also share with the vacation world a unique small town and camp; where you can get away from the busyness of everyday life!

- Parking For 3-4 Small Vehicles (Additional ones will need to park on Sherbert RD by the mailboxes without blocking)

Holiday stay

Needed place to stay in Ashburnham large enough to sleep extended family traveling in for the holidays. Cabin was quaint, rustic and fit all of us. Overall good stay.

I did a small ski trip for my daughter and her closest friends from high school and college for her 21st birthday. We had an amazing time and the house was cozy and allowed for the ability to unplug and be present which is what my daughter asked for.

Nostalgia on steroids

Super clean , cozy , all the accessories you’ll need just byob , me and my brother were taking our annual fall tour and found this place over the top nostalgia , lots of knotty pine , comfy chairs , great tv ,fire pits with lots of wood , right on a lake , so quite and close to town about 3 miles, highly recommend

Masters Trip Maple Hill

Cozy lake cottage that offers the rustic feel with cozy accommodations. If you are wanting luxury this is not for you. This ideal for those who appreciate lake life while offering northern Massachusetts vibes in local towns. We were there for a disc golf tournament at maple hill. Location was great to fit in a few other courses as well.

Great camp!!!

This is very campy but an awesome property and the lake is gorgeous! No doors on bedrooms and it is not handicap friendly but the place was built in the early 1900s and really takes you back in time. Unplug and unwind. Take the time to immerse in the old ways💗

Good lake front location

The lake front location of this property great. The cabin is old and has its attractions. The living room and enclosed balcony are very comfortable. The four bedrooms are unconventional and some will find them a bit odd and perhaps not comfortable. The place offers old electric blankets. It needs some updated and more comfortable comforters. Look carefully at the photos to get an idea of this place.
