The condo was great! Everything was super clean. The best part was all the amenities. My kids loved swimming in the multiple pools and playing on the free arcade games. They also had tennis courts, putt putt golf and tons of other things to do that we just didn’t get around to taking advantage of. My husband and I did work out in the work out room a couple of nights. That was really nice too! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

The suite was good, and the location was ideal for what we wanted to do. The resort amenities looked good during booking but during out stay were so busy and crowded and they were hard to enjoy. The check-in process was overwhelming and included 'gifts' that were only redeemable if we attended a sales pitch to join the 'club'. We opted out of the sales pitch, but the check-in staff were insistent at first, we had to push back to be removed from the sales pitch meeting.

Love this property!

Second time I’ve stayed at this property. Clean, close to restaurants, shops and attractions. We enjoyed the adults only pool. Definitely would book for a 3rd time!

We had a positive experience. The resort and two bedroom suite met our family needs as we celebrated New Year’s in Williamsburg. Our kids enjoyed the game room and mini golf. We loved eating at Sal’s by Victor and Food for Thought.

Pleasant stay

We stayed in Williamsburg for a family trip. It was close to the sights we planned to see and we were very comfortable in the condo in the evening while we rested. Beds were very comfortable allowing us to be rested to start again the next day. We weren’t able to take advantage of the site’s extra features but they did seem very nice & family friendly.

Wyndham Kingsgate- not bad

Decent place. Amenities closed at 10 pm sharp. Arcade is free with the small $7 per day resort fee. Perfectly located. Units are dated but suitable. Extra linens in closet for pull out bed. Units had washer and dryer and soap for dishwasher and washer/dryer. AC worked very well. Unit was kinda smelly like someone previously smoked in unit. On our last night, there was a bug crawling on the floor in bathroom....one that you don’t want to see. Just happy we saw it on our last night! All and all...I l would stay here again!

Timeshare

When we arrived, our room wasn't ready. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4, but the room wasn't ready until after 6 and it did not look like it had been cleaned well. There was a lot of hair in the shower. We were pressured into a "90-minute" timeshare presentation that turned out to be 3 hours and VERY HIGH PRESSURE. Other than those issues, it was a very nice place to stay. So, my recommendation is to be prepared for a delayed check-in and REFUSE the timeshare presentation.

Lovely stay

We stayed in a condo that definitely showed some wear and tear but still had an awesome time. The first we used the dishwasher, it broke down early in the cycle. But maintenance was amazing and fixed it that day. The deck wasn't very clean so we swept everytthing off and noticed a broken chair that maintenance took and gave us a better one. We can't give enough praise to the maintenance crew. The room itself was fine. It had a much needed washer and dryer, although quite small. And the table was big enough to serve my family. So we were satisfied with the room. What we loved were the amenities on property! My older kids especially loved the free arcade. We took full advantage of the pool, mini-golf, Clydes, and arcade. That's what made this place a step above the rest. The location was excellent for going back and forth to the Colonial area. We will definitely come back here when we come back to the area.

Unfortunate start to our vacation

I gave all one stars because we did not stay here like we reserved and paid for. We drove 10 1/2 hours from CT only to be told our reservation was cancelled when we went to check in. No one from Koala notified us of this cancellation before our trip. I called the emergency number left on my email if there was trouble checking in. The lady called me back to tell me she unable to get a hold of the property manager or anyone else from Koala so she personally made us a reservation at the Club Wyndham Governors Green, 3 minutes down the road. Thank god for her!!! We enjoyed our stay at that resort and even got a 3 bedroom condo. I saw one review a lady left about the trouble she had with booking through Koala and I should have gone with my gut and not booked with Koala. Still have had no communication from the property manager or anyone else about our situation and inconvenience
